Find Your Fit exists for people who feel like most fitness advice wasn’t made with them in mind.
If you’re tall, overweight, wide, or have struggled to stick with “standard” plans, equipment, or routines—you’re not alone. And you’re not broken.
I built this site to help people find fitness that actually fits their body, their life, and their reality—so they can stay consistent and keep the weight off.
Why This Site Exists
Most fitness content assumes:
- Average height
- Average weight
- Unlimited equipment options
- A one-size-fits-all plan
But if you’re outside those norms, you already know how frustrating that can be.
Shoes don’t fit right.
Equipment has weight limits.
Plans feel unrealistic.
Motivation fades when things don’t work the way they’re “supposed to.”
This site focuses on practical fitness, not perfection—especially for people who’ve tried and restarted more times than they can count.
My Background (Why You Can Trust This Perspective)
I’m 6’8”.
At my heaviest, I weighed over 420 pounds.
I’ve lost more than 200 pounds—and I’ve also gained weight back.
I’ve tried:
- Traditional diets
- Fasting protocols
- Exercise plans I didn’t think would work (but did)
- Others I was sure would work (but didn’t)
Right now, my focus is on walking-first fitness, rebuilding consistency, and choosing equipment and routines that work long term, not just for a few motivated weeks.
I’m not here to sell quick fixes. I’m here to share what I’ve learned the hard way—what fits, what doesn’t, and how to build something sustainable.

This site exists to help you make better-informed choices, not to tell you what you “must” do.
