Welcome to my fitness blog! My name is Cordairo Taylor, and I am so excited to start this journey with you. Like many of you, my fitness journey has been filled with ups and downs. I understand how hard it can be to fight the battle of yo-yo-ing weight because that’s been a massive part of my own story. In fact, I have lost over 200 pounds in the past, only to gain most of it back again. However, through that experience and my current journey to lose the extra weight for good, I’ve gained priceless knowledge about myself and my health.
My ultimate mission is to help you cultivate a strong mindset and find your best self through diet and fitness regimes that work for you. Whether your goal is losing weight or just being more mindful of your body, I’m here to help every step of the way.
